It's the ideal all-in-one drink, containing all the essential vitamins and minerals that make sense to supplement in shake form. The whole package is complemented by inositol, Panax ginseng extract, spirulina, and aronia powder, as well as fiber from acacia fiber and psyllium husks. The whole package is rounded out by 5000 mg of glutamine per serving. It's available in two delicious flavors: mango-passion fruit and blueberry.

Recommended intake
One serving of Vitafuse corresponds to 25 g of powder, or one heaped scoop. This should be dissolved in 300-500 ml of water and taken once daily, ideally in the morning.
