In bodybuilding and strength training, Tribulus Terrestris is one of the most popular plant extracts. We've developed a Tribulus Terrestris product with Maxi Caps specifically for athletes seeking strength, allowing you to consume a larger amount of Tribulus Terrestris with fewer capsules. Two capsules of Body Attack Tribulus provide 1600 mg of Tribulus Terrestris extract, 960 mg of which are saponins. Saponins are secondary plant substances that are just as important in nutritional science as vitamins. The saponin content is also an important indicator for many athletes seeking strength as to whether the Tribulus is a high-quality plant extract. Therefore, we've included the saponin value per serving.

  • 1600 mg Tribulus Terrestris extract
  • With vitamin B5
  • With zinc for testosterone levels

What else works in BODY ATTACK Tribulus?
Many bodybuilders and strength athletes look for nutritional supplements to build muscle. The primary focus is on a protein-rich diet, with protein shakes being preferred as a supplement to the daily diet. Furthermore, sufficient vitamin B5 must be consumed in the daily diet, as this vitamin contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones and vitamin D. Every strength athlete and bodybuilder knows that our body's own steroid hormones have a significant influence on muscle building. But little attention is paid to vitamin D, even though it plays a role in cell division and even contributes to maintaining normal muscle function, for example, during muscle-building training.

Tribulus also contains the important mineral zinc, which helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood during strenuous training phases and dieting phases. Like vitamin B5, zinc also plays a role in cell division (=growth) and contributes to the formation of new body and muscle proteins. Protein formation is predicated on a high calorie daily diet. This diet, in turn, should provide sufficient protein, as it is essential for muscle growth in conjunction with intensive training. During the muscle-building phase, depending on body type (ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph), an amount of between 1.3 and 2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight is recommended. In practice, however, it is usually different; larger amounts of protein of up to 3 g per kilogram of body weight are consumed per day.

The properties of vitamin B5 and zinc in TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS 2400 from BODY ATTACK give this product a whole new meaning. One serving (2 capsules) of Tribulus 2400 provides 5.5 mg of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and 5.7 mg of zinc citrate.
