Recommended dosage
Mix a 32g serving (1 2/3 scoop - strawberry and vanilla flavors and 1 3/4 scoop - chocolate and cocoa flavor) with 250ml of water. Consume 1-3 servings per day between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.
