Protein 85 is a three-component protein with 10 vitamins and up to 84% protein (depending on flavor) that contributes to muscle building and maintenance. The special combination of the three protein components in Protein 85 is specifically selected to ensure time-release absorption of the proteins' amino acids.

Protein 85 is a good protein for long-term supply with an excellent price-performance ratio.

What can I expect from Protein 85?
Protein 85 is a standard protein that reliably supplies you with amino acids and, thanks to its balanced amino acid composition, effectively contributes to muscle building and maintenance. However, the effectiveness of Protein 85 for your individual goals depends heavily on your training and nutrition habits and the use of supplements (creatine, amino acids, special supplements).

Muscle building is supported by a sufficient and consistent supply of protein or amino acids, and thus by Protein 85. Protein 85 guarantees you a longer and more consistent supply of amino acids than fast proteins and is therefore generally suitable for any time of day, but especially for bridging longer periods without protein intake.

However, at times when a quick source of protein is desired, such as in the morning and before and after training, you should prefer fast proteins or free amino acids to Protein 85.

Functionality and mode of action of Protein 85
The three protein components of Protein 85 are selected so that the amino acids of the individual proteins complement each other biologically.

The calcium caseinate in Protein 85 is quickly absorbed and promptly supplies the body with the first amino acids, although these do not enter the bloodstream as massively as would be the case with a pure, fast-acting protein. Whey protein also has other nutritional properties, which is why it is highly valued by athletes for muscle building.

The special gel-like, medium-fast, isoflavone-free soy protein isolate (gel) ensures a medium-term supply of amino acids and also increases the content of the basic, semi-essential amino acid L-arginine. The well-tolerated wheat protein, with its high content of glutamine, proline, methionine, and cysteine, rounds out Protein 85's balanced amino acid composition for the "time-releasing effect."

Protein 85 is enriched with 10 vitamins, which act as regulators and support a correct metabolism in a variety of ways.

Recommended intake
Consume one serving daily, mixed with 30 g of powder (2 level scoops) and 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Prepare this protein drink in a shaker or blender. For optimal results, we recommend consuming it after training (alternatively, in the morning after waking up or before training).
