Complex carbohydrates - NO added sugar!
During a muscle-building phase, carbohydrates play the most important role as a nutrient – ​​even more so than protein. An optimal carbohydrate intake makes your muscles perform better and ensures faster recovery. This, in turn, is the basic prerequisite for improving from workout to workout and thus building muscle effectively.

Of course, you could also cover your increased carbohydrate needs for muscle building with "empty" calories in the form of vegan gummy bears and sugary sweets—but that would have nothing to do with a healthy, fitness-friendly diet. However, many "gainer" products essentially contain nothing else: simple sugars like dextrose or artificial complex sugars like maltodextrin, and thus simply "empty" calories.

Our goal was to use only complex and wholesome carbohydrate sources for our new gainer. VEGAIN PRO is based on a blend of wholegrain oat flour, cornstarch, buckwheat flour, and rice flour. These complex carbohydrates are digested slowly, providing the body with long-lasting energy. And unlike "empty" sugar calories, these flours also contain valuable vitamins and minerals. Oat flour, for example, is naturally rich in potassium and magnesium and contains trace elements such as iron, zinc, copper, and manganese. The fact that these flours are real foods is also evident in the fact that VEGAIN PRO is also rich in fiber, which in turn benefits your digestive tract.

High-value protein
VEGAIN PRO not only provides high-quality carbohydrates, but also replaces a protein shake. Each serving of VEGAIN PRO contains a whopping 25g+ of protein, even more than many traditional protein shakes. VEGAIN PRO thus replaces the extra meal for your muscle building.

The high protein content of VEGAIN PRO is due to the combination of our premium pea protein and the individual flours. The blend of these plant-based protein sources also gives VEGAIN PRO a balanced and therefore particularly high-quality amino acid profile.

Calories full and sensationally delicious
VEGAIN PRO was developed with the goal of tasting delicious with both water and (plant-based) milk. One serving of VEGAIN PRO mixed with water already provides just over 500 kcal. However, we recommend mixing VEGAIN PRO with a plant-based milk of your choice. This not only tastes a bit better, but also provides you with additional calories. This brings your total to a whopping 700 kcal in one shake. VEGAIN PRO is now available in two incredibly delicious flavors: Chocolate-Hazelnut and Cinnamon-Oat Cookie.

PREPARATION & INTENDED USE
Combine 135 g of powder (6 scoops) and 500 ml of cold water or plant-based milk (e.g., oat milk) in a blender and shake well for approximately 15 seconds. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily. We recommend consuming immediately after training and/or in the morning, depending on your calorie needs.
