100% Casein Complex is a dominant micellar casein milk protein blend, made exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is high in essential chain-linked amino acids (BCAAs) and very high (higher than in whey) in L-glutamine, the highest and most abundant free amino acid in the human body. 100% Casein Complex protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle and the maintenance of bones*. These milk protein products are so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the nine amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and must be obtained from food (i.e., histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine).

The formula also includes additional L-glutamine and taurine, as well as the digestive enzymes papain and bromelain! The calcium in the 100% Casein Complex contributes to normal muscle function, energy metabolism, and neurotransmission. It is also required for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth*.

Recommended intake
Dissolve one serving in 350 ml of water. Consume one serving daily. Use preferably after training or before bedtime.
