Scitec LYSINE - Essential Amino Acid

L-lysine is an essential amino acid, a physiological building block for proteins in the body, and is present in high amounts in muscle tissue. The nine essential amino acids cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained through food, including sports supplements.

Recommended intake
Consume 3 capsules daily before training, nighttime sleep and/or a meal on an empty stomach with water.
