Recommended intake
Mix 37 g (1 scoop) daily with approximately ½ scoop of skimmed milk or water. Shake or mix vigorously until a pancake batter forms.

Pour the batter into a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Experiment with the batter thickness, size, and cooking time until you get a pancake that meets your expectations.
