There's no specific dosage recommendation for our Flasty flavor powder. Tastes vary – some people prefer a lighter sweetness (crazy!), others like it when the sweetness really hits. In short: Use as much Flasty as you like for your low-fat quark, yogurt, coffee, or whatever. Just be careful with the dosage and work your way up slowly. Our Flasty is really sweet, so it's best to use a little less at first and then add more if in doubt.
