Verzehrempfehlung:


Mischen Sie 1 Portion (1 Messlöffel = 12,5 g) in 200 ml Wasser und nehmen Sie sie 30 Minuten vor dem Training ein. Eine weitere Portion kann während des Trainings eingenommen werden. Das Getränk ist leicht sättigend - öffnen Sie den Shaker alle 5 Sekunden beim Umrühren.
